Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every piece in our collection is thoughtfully designed and manufactured in Ireland. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and carefully prepare each order before it begins its journey to you.

We are delighted to deliver our collections to customers throughout Ireland and internationally.

Order Processing & Dispatch

At The Linen Shirt Company, our garments are manufactured in-house in Ireland, with many pieces made to order.

Items in stock are generally dispatched within 3–5 working days of receiving your order.

Made-to-order items require additional production time. As each garment is carefully made by our skilled team, dispatch times may vary depending on the style and our production schedule.

If your order requires additional time, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please note that delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date your order is placed.

Ireland & Northern Ireland

We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery on all orders throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Delivery generally takes 1–3 working days following dispatch, subject to carrier schedules.

No additional shipping charges apply to these orders.

United Kingdom — England, Scotland & Wales

We deliver throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders delivered to Great Britain may be subject to UK VAT, customs duties or carrier handling charges, depending on the order value and applicable regulations.

Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the customer before or upon delivery.

Northern Ireland is treated separately for VAT and customs purposes and qualifies for our complimentary delivery service.

European Union

We are delighted to deliver throughout the European Union.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

As our collections are dispatched from Ireland, deliveries to other EU member states do not ordinarily attract import customs duties.

Applicable VAT is handled in accordance with EU regulations.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping service.

International Delivery

We ship to a wide range of international destinations, including the United States, Canada, Australia and other countries.

International Customs & Import Duties

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees.

These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges unless expressly stated at checkout.

Where applicable, additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your country's import requirements before placing an order.

Please note that customs processing may occasionally affect delivery times.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use established delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely.

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout where applicable.

All delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched.

While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier schedules, customs processing, weather conditions or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information where available.

Please allow a little time for tracking details to become active following collection by the delivery carrier.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are correct when placing your order.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist before your order is dispatched.

Once an order has entered the delivery network, changes to the delivery address may no longer be possible.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Deliveries

Every order is carefully packaged before leaving our premises.

If your parcel is lost, damaged or significantly delayed, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter with our delivery partner and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Our garments are often made to order. However, this does not automatically exclude an order from statutory cancellation or return rights. Any applicable exceptions will be explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
